AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT A BID FOR
FLEET INSURANCE FOR ALL VEHICLES
OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN,
OHIO: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, after receiving quotations from a number of insurance
firms for Comprehensive fleet insurance including Liability,
Vehicle Damage, Medical and Uninsured Motorists coverage, and:
WHEREAS, the lowest/best bid is from Grove City Insurance
Company in the amount of $ 5,046.00 for
coverage from April 26, 1985 to April 26, 1986:
NOW~ THEREFORE: BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring:

SECTION 1- That the bid of r.rnu", C-ity Tn"lIr:lnC"P r:nmp:>ny in
the amount of $ 5,046.00 for one year of coverage for
Fleet Insurance be, and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Manager be, and he hereby is,
authorized to enter into a contract with said firm for said
Fleet Insurance.
SECTION 3 . That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the public
peace, health and safety and for the further reason that the
current coverage will expire on April 26, 1985 and therefore
this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.

Professional Planning Services Agency $5,046.00
Grove City Insurance Agency $5,046.00
Because our present policy is with Grove City Insurance and,
since we have received prompt, excellent service, I would
highly recommend that the bid of Grove City Insurance Agency
in the amount of $5,046.00 be accepted.
