AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/
BEST BID FOR A POLICE CRUISER,
AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER AND FINANCE
DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT: AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been re-
ceived for the sale to the Village of a new Police Cruiser and;
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of Bob McDorman
Chevrolet in the amount of $ $11.582.00 is th
lowest/best bid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Bob McDorman Chevrolet for the
sale to the Village of a new Police Cruiser in accordance with
the specifications presently on file in the office of the
Manager be, and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and Finance Director be,
and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a con-
trac t wi th the said Bob McDorman Chevrolet
for the purchase of said Cruiser.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby, is de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservatio
of the public peace, health and safety and for the further
reason that an additional Cruiser is presently needed to meet
service requirements and, therefore this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
