AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/
BEST BID FOR A NEW TRUCK, AUTHORIZING
THE MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT: AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been re-
ceived for the sale to the Village of a new truck and;
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of ~raham Ford
in the amount of $ 26,786.00
is the lowest/best bid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of r.r::lh:nn Ford for the sale to
the Village of a new truck in accordance with the specifications
presently on file in the office of the Manager be, and hereby
is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and Finance Director be,
and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a
contract with the said Graham Ford
for the purchase of said truck.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health and safety and for the further rea-
son that an additional truck is presently needed to meet service
requirements and, therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force immediately upon its passage.
