AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR FISCAL
1985, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, that amend-
ments be made to the Annual Appropriations, and,
WHEREAS, amendments are required for Ordinance No. 60-84, the Annual
Appropriation Ordinance for fiscal 1985:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring, that Ordinance
No. 60-84 be, and it hereby is amended to read as follows:
Section 1. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
of the WATER FUND the sum of $8,800.00 to account E01-05-5W-2300 for
Water Tap Payback Agreement.
Section 2. That this Ordinance be, and it hereby is, declared to be
an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public
peace, health and safety, and that the Ohio Revised Code requires
that the original appropriated amounts not be exceeded, and therefore,
this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
