AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR FISCAL
1985, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, that amendments
be made to the Annual Appropriations, and,
WHEREAS, amendments are required for Ordinance No. 60-84, the Annual
Appropriation Ordinance for fiscal 1985:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring, that Ordinance
No. 60-84 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Section 1. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
of the FRANTZ ROAD BOULEVARD CONSTRUCTION FUND the sum of $2,021.10 to
the account of D04-06-6A-271T for transfer to the GENERAL OBLIGATION
DEBT SERVICE FUND to be utilized for retirement of the outstanding
note issue.
Section 2. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
of the AVERY ROAD WATERLINE CONSTRUCTION FUND the sum of $65,000.00
to the account of DOs-Os-sW-2s00 for the balance remaining on said
construction contract.
Section 3. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance
of the WATER FUND the sum of $1,500.00 to the account E01-0s-sW-2s60
for construction of the Rings Road Waterline.
Section 4. That this Ordinance be, and it hereby is, declared to be
an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health, and safety, and for the further reason that the Ohio Revised
Code requires that the original appropriated amounts not be exceeded,
and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
