AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
THE VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
WHEREAS, appointments are required on various Boards and Commissions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio 7 of the elected members concurring:

Section 1. That Ron Jezerinac and John Reiner
are hereby appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a term
.-' of four (4) years.
Section 2. That Ed Hutchins and Mary Ann Rausch
are hereby appointed to the Board of Zoning Appeals for a term of
three (3) years.
Section 3. That Joel Campbell and Marlaine Manus
are hereby appointed to the Parks and Recreation Committee for a term
of three (3) years.
Section 4. That Richard Carpenter and Randall Woodings
are hereby appointed to the Architectural Review Board for a term of
three (3) years.
Section 5. That James Chisman is hereby appointed to the
Personnel Board of Review for a term of three (3) years.
Section 6. That Herb Jones and Donald Tootle
are hereby appointed to the Cemetery Commission for a term of three (3)
years.
Section 7. That the above named persons sha 11 serve as members in their
respective positions until their successors are appointed or until death,
resignation, or removal for cause as determined by Village Council.
Section 8. That members herein appointed shall perform the functions and
duties as described in Article Seven (7) of the Village Charter.
Section 9. That members herein appointed shall serve without compensation.
Section 10. That this Ordinance sha 11 take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
