AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT A PERSON
TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF
CHARLES CURRAN AS A MEMBER OF THE
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD: AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, Mr. Charles Curran has resigned from said Board, and;
WHEREAS, Council has determined that Richard G. Carpenter
is a suitable person to serve the balance of this unexpired
term:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, 6 of the elected members con-
currings:
SECTION 1. That Richard G. Carpenter is hereby ap-
pointed to serve this unexpired term commencing with the
effective date of this Ordinance and ending December 31, 1984
per Section 7.05 of the Village Charter.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure for the preservation of the
public peace, health and safety and for the further reason of
establishing a full Board and, therefore this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
