FURHITORE FOR. THE POLICE DIVISION, AND
DECIAIUHG AM EMEllGEHCY.
~RAS, having received quotations from major office furniture dealers
for said furniture, and;
WRRRFJL~, Council has determined that the quotation of T. W. Ruff
Office Furniture in the amount of $ 17,713.00
is the lowest/best quotation;
NOW, TBEREPOKE, BE IT OKDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:

Section 1- That the quotation of T. W. Ruff Office Furniture
for the sale to the Village of Dublin of office furniture in accordance
with specifications presently on file in the office of the Village
Manager be, and hereby is, accepted.
Section 2. That the Village Manager and Finance Director be and they
hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a contract with the said
T. W. Ruff Office Furniture for the purchase of said furniture.
Section 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the public peace, health and
safety and for the further reason that sa~d furniture is presently
needed, and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
