AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND REDUCING
A PORTION OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY ON
NORTH STREET IN THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
WHEREAS, the building now occupied by Snyder's
Shop, constructed as residence in excess of
one-hundred (100) years ago, at 56 N. High
Street, infringes in the current right-of-way
approximately one ( 1 ) foot, and:
WHEREAS, Mr. Snyder desires to clear his title
via a vacation of a portion of the existing
right-of-way:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council
of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,
~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That six feet ( 6 ' ) of the existing
sixty-six feet ( 66 ' ) right-of-way on the south
side of said North Street be, and hereby is,
vacated.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after the
earliest period allowed by law.
