AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 53-83, THE ANNUAL APPROPRIA-
TION ORDINANCE FOR 1984; AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code, requires, when necessary,
amendments to the Annual Appropriations; and
~vHEREAS , amendments are required to Ordinance No. 53-83, the
Annual Appropriation Ordinance for fiscal 1984 in order to
provide funds for architectural fees for the design of the
Municipal Building expansion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village
of Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members
concurring:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 53-83 be, and hereby is,
amended as follows:
That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance of
the GENERAL FUND the sum of $30,000.00 to establish an appro-
priation for Professional Services, account Al-7-E-234 in the
amount of $30,000.00.
Section 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure.
