AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/
BEST BID FOR A BUSINESS COMPUTER,
AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER
AND FINANCE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT, AMENDING THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATIONS, AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received
for a Business Computer System, and;
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the base bid and selected options
from Software Solutions, Inc. in the amount of $ 35,695.00
is the lowest/best bid: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 1 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the base bid and selected options from Software
~olutlons, Inc. for a Business Computer System in accordance with
specifications on file in the office of the Finance Director be, and
hereby is, accepted.
Section 2. That the Village Manager and the Finance Director be, and
they hereby are authorized and directed to execute a contract with
the said Software Solutions, Inc. for the purchase of the
speci fied computer system.
Section 3. That the Finance Director be, and hereby is, authorized
and directed to appropriate funds from the unappropriated balance
in the General Fund to the account of A1-7-D-252 for Capital Equip-
ment in the amount of $ 35,695.00 .
Section 4. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure
for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for
the further reason that the Ohio Revised Code requires that the
original appropriations not be exceeded, therefore, this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
