O. ~ Form No. 2806-A Ordinance No. m.Q2:-:B?!:..mn P assed.n. n nmm ___ nO.m nn_n19 n 0 AN ORDINANCE TO INCREASE THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF PETTY CASH RETAINED BY POLICE CLERKS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, Resolution No. 24-80 approved by Council on September 8, 1980 established a maximum of $50.00 to be retained by Police Clerks, and; WHEREAS, because of increased activity in Mayor's Court financial transactions, it is necessary to increase said Petty Cash Fund: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring: Section 1. The Police Clerks are hereby authorized to maintain a Petty Cash Fund not to exceed $75.00 and are directed to maintain proper accounting records of said Funds. Section 2. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the further reason to permit Police Clerks to transact Mayors Court business twice each month and, therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
