AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 62-78
WHICH ESTABLISHED A GROSS WEIGHT FOR VEHICLES
ON GLICK ROAD IN 1978
WHEREAS, this maximum gross weight limitation was established prior
to a major reconstruction of said Road and;
WHEREAS, said major reconstruction was accomplished in 1982 and the
limitation is no longer required;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring;
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 62-78 approved by Council on June 19,
1978 is hereby repealed. No vehicle with a maximum gross weight
exceeding twenty (20) tons shall be operated or moved, over or upon
Glick Road, Village of Dublin, Township of Concord, County of
Delaware, State of Ohio.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
