AN ORDINANCl!~ TO ACCEFT THE lDWEST/BEST BID
FOR A NE\~ TRUCK, AND AUTHORIZING THE i-1ANAGER
AND FINANCE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT:
AND DECLARING AN EJiIERGENCY.
1dHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received
for the sale to the Village of a new truck and;
1:IHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of ~~(1r""'c..."" CAev(J'
in the amount of $ / () J( () , '-f 5'., is the lowest best bid;

NOH, THEREFOHE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
state of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of f14JP~~~~~ ~~~~1 for the sale to the
Village of a new truck, in accordance with the specifications presently
on file in the office of the ~~nager be, and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village r~nager and Finance Director be, and they
hereby are authorized and directed to execute a contract with the said
~E.!2h...lY.L<;.])o('I'V'a..."" C~V'c \d--Jor the purchase of said truck.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared
to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the
public peace, health and safety and for the further reason that the
current truck needs to be replaced as soon as possible, and therefore
this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
