AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPI' THE lDWEST/BEST BID
B~R TWO (2) POLICE CRUISERS, LESS TRADE-INS,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER AND F'INANCE
DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT: AND DECLARING
AN ENEEGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received
for the sale to the Village of (2) new cruisers, less trade-ins and;
l<IHEREAS, Council has determined, that the bid of (vf..17"fMc..k.. C~ellJ '
in the amount of $ J g ~.3 G. 7,/, is the lowest/best bid;
I NOW, THEREB~RE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of fvf c ~n~cl""', CL~ v~ for the sale to the
Village of two (2) new cruisers, less trade-in, in accordance with
the specifications presently on file in the office of the I'anager be,
and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village r~nager and Finance Director be, and they
hereby are authorized and directed to execute a contract with the said
.-..E_~~'t ~tA.'" .L~Q..1..d-- for the purchase of said ~ruisers.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared
to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the
public peace, health and safety and for the further reason that the
current cruisers with hiGh mileage need to be replaced as soon as
possible and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage.
