AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 68-82,
1983 ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires amendments to the Annual Appropria-
tions, when necessary, and
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires that a separate fund be established
for each source of revenue which is required to be used for a particular
purpose, and
WHEREAS, Amendments are required for Ordinance 68-82, the Annual Appropria-
tion Ordinance for fiscal 1983, in order to establish a new fund for revenue
from the sale of notes for the purpose of improving and widening Frantz Road,
and
WHEREAS, Amendments are required for Ordinance 68-82 in order to appropriate
additional funds for capital improvements, and various other expenditures,
as follows,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTI ON 1: That Ordinance No. 68-82, be and it hereby is, amended to read as
follows:
That there be appropriated from the following CAPITAL PROJECT FUNDS:
D4 FRANTZ ROAD BOULEVARDING CONSTRUCTION FUND
PROGRAM VI - TRANSPORTATION
D4-6-A-250 Capi tal Outlay 654,659.50
SECTION 2: That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the
GENERAL FUND to the Account A1-7-T-271 the sum of4217.83 in order to transfer
said funds to the $5.00 LICENSE TAX FUND, thereby increasing said appropria-
tion from 967,000.00 to 967,217.83 and then appropriating 217.83 from the un-
appropriated balance of the $5.00 LICENSE TAX FUND to account B10-6-E-250,
thereby increasing said appropriation from 3,577.00 to 3,794.83 and close
said fund.
SECTION 3: That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the
WATER TOWER CONSTRUCTION FUND, to the account D1-5-T-271 the sum of $62,046.48
from the unappropriated balance of the WATERLINE/BOOSTER STATION CONSTRUCTION
FUND to the account D2-5-T-271 the sum of $25,842.43 and from the unappropriat d
balance of the FRANTZ/POST/33 INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT FUND to the account
D3-6- T-271 the sum of~265.85 in order to transfer all of said funds to the
GENERAL BOND RETIREMENT FUND, and
SECTION 4: That there be appropriated from the unappropri~ted balance of the
BUILDING/ENGINEERING FUND to account B9-4-A-234 the sum of 4,000.00 for Elec-
trical Inspections thereby increasing said appropriation from-8,000.00 to
~12,000.00, and to account B9-4-A-240 the sum of'1,000,00 for Supplies thereby
increasing said appropriation from'2,000.00 to~3,000.00, and
SECTION 5: That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the
TRUST & AGENCY FUND to the account G5-1-A-230 the sum of $1,012.21 for Fire
Protection Fees thereby increasing said appropriation from zero to $1,012.21;
and to the account G5-5-B-230 the sum of~26,000.00 for SEWER TAP FEES to
Columbus thereby increasing said appropriation from $25,000.00 to $51,000.00,

SECTION 6: That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the
GENERAL FUND to the account A1-3-B-251 the sum of $25,000.00 for Park Improve-
ments thereby increasing said appropriation from $171,907.74 to $196,907.74
and to the account A1-6-A-255 the sum of 125,000.00 for Frantz Road extended
improvements, thereby increasing said appropriation for Street Improvements
from $320,960.00 to 445,960.00.
SECTION 7: That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace
health & safety, and for the further reason that these amendments are required
by the Ohio Revised Code and, therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force immediately upon its passage.
