AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ELECTRICAL INSPECTION FEES AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, members concurring, that:
Section 1. Those electrical inspection fees as established on the
electrical permit application (attached) be and hereby are established for
those inspections as conducted by Village of Dublin officials.
Section 2. Due to the fact that said rates are going to be
incorporated into the Codified Ordinances of the Village for public promulgatio
and that said fees are urgently needed for the Village, this ordinance is
hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance necessary for the immediate
presentation of the public health, safety and welfare and shall take effect
and be in force immediately upon its passage. I
