NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring: SECTI ON 1. That the following described real estate (see attached legal description marked Exhibit "A") situated in the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio is hereby rezoned to RI, RESTRICTED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT and shall be subject to regulations and procedures contained in Ordinance No. 21-70, (Chapter Eleven of the Codified Ordinances) the Village of Dublin Zoning Code and amendments thereto. SECTION 2.
