AN ORDINANCE DELETING THE STANDARD
CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FROM
THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES
WHEREAS, the Standard Construction Drawings may be amended from time
tot i me an d i tis impracticle to incorporate said drawings into the Codified
Ordi nances,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of

Section 1. The Standard Construction Drawings be and hereby are
deleted from the Codified Ordinances.
Section 2. It is further provided that copies of said drawings
as amended by the Village Engineer, shall be available in the Office of the
Village Engineer and Village Manager and shall be given to interested parties
at such nominal fees as from time to time shall be assessed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period permitted by law.
