AN ORDINANCE VACATING "OLD HIGH
SCHOOL ROAD".
WHEAEAS, the Dublin Board of Education, because of its plans for the Middle
School area, has requested that the Dublin Village Council vacate the "Old
High School Road". and:
WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Dublin has determined that said Road
should be vacated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
SECTI ON 1. That "Old High School Road, except for 300' of the westerly leg
from Bridge Street to the north, is hereby vacated at the request of the Dubli
Board of Education.
SECTION 2. Maintenance of said Road shall be the responsibility of the Dublin
Board of Education except for snow removal which will continue to be the re-
sponsibility of the Village.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.
