AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A KEMBER
TO THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS OF
THE CITY OF DUBLIN, OHIO
WHEREAS, appointments are required on various Boards, Commissions, and
Committees of the City of Dublin, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. Tha t c: ///,.].Il"i/--5 ~/ ~~STvgF~~is hereby appointed to the
Board of Zoning Appeals for a term of three (3) years.
Section 2. That the above named person shall serve as a member in
his/her respective position until a successor is appointed or until
death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 3. That the member herein appointed shall perform the
functions and duties as described in Article Seven (7) of the City
Charter.
Section 4. That the member herein appointed shall serve without
compensation.
Section 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
