AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS
TO THE VARIOUS BOARDS, COMMISSIONS
AND COMMITTEES OF THE CITY OF
DUBLIN, OHIO
WHEREAS, appointments are required on various Boards, Commissions, and
Committees of the City of Dublin, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, Stat
of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That Frank Pandora II and Willard Chambers are hereby appoint d
to the Board of Zoning Appeals for terms of three (3) years.
Section 2. That Lowell Mast and Donna Schenk are hereby appointed to the
Architectural Review Board for terms of three (3) years.
Section 3. That Ann Bohman, Cathy Erickson and Sam Smiley are hereby
appointed to the Parks and Recreation Committee for terms of three (3)
years.
Section 4. That William Holland is hereby appointed to the Personnel
Board of Review for a term of three (3) years.
Section 5. That Robert Crewe is hereby appointed to the Cemetery
Commission for a term of three (3) years.
Section 6. That the above named persons shall serve as members in their
respective positions until their successors are appointed or until
death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 7. That members herein appointed shall perform the functions and
duties as described in Article Seven (7) of the City Charter.
Section 8. That members herein appointed shall serve without compensa-
tion.
Section 9. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
