AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING TWO
MEMBERS TO THE DUBLIN PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, appointments are required on various Boards, Commissions and
Committees of the City of Dublin, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That Joel Campbell and Peter L. Leffler
are hereby appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a term of
four (4) years each.
Section 2. That the above named persons shall serve as members in their
respective positions until their successors are appointed or until
death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by Dublin City
Council.
Section 3. That members herein appointed shall perform the functions
and duties as described in Article Seven (7) of the City Charter.
Section 4. That members herein appointed shall serve without compensa-
tion.
Section 5. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that the
Planning and Zoning Commission requires a membership of seven persons
at their meeting on January 12, 1989, and thus shall take effect and be
enforced immediately upon passing.
