AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE FOR
FISCAL 1988, AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, that amendments
be made to the Annual Appropriations; and,
WHEREAS, amendments to Ordinance No. 31-88, the Annual Appropriations
Ordinance for fiscal 1988 are now required due to minor shortages in
salary accounts, debt payments, and miscellaneous expenditures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring that Ordinance No. 31-88
be, and it hereby is, amended as follows:
Section 1. That there be appropriated in the unappropriated balance in the
GENERAL FUND the total sum of $8,000.00 to be distributed as follows:
A01-07-7B LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT
Personal Services $ 5,000.00
A01-07-7E DEPARTMENT OF LANDS AND BUILDINGS
Personal Services $ 3,000.00
Section 2. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in
the PARKS AND RECREATION FUND the total sum of $7,500.00 to be distri-
buted as follows:
B04-03-3A RECREATION PROGRAMS
Personal Services $ 2,000.00
Other Expenses 2,500.00
B04-03-3B PARKS MAINTENANCE
Personal Services $ 3,000.00
Section 3. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in
the POLICE OPERATING FUND the total sum of $40,000.00 to be distributed
as follows:
B08-01-1A DIVISION OF POLICE
Personal Service $ 40,000.00
Section 4. That there be appropriated from the unappropriated balance in
the SPECIAL ASSESSMENT BOND RETIREMENT FUND as follows:
H01-05-5A-2610 PRINCIPAL PAYMENTS $ 3,700.00
A01-05-5A-2620 INTEREST PAYMENTS $ 8,900.00
Section 5. This Ordinance is declared to be an emergency necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and
shall take effect and be enforced immediately upon passing.
