AN ORDINANCE REQUESTING APPROVAL
TO CHANGE THE NAME OF A STREET AND
A COURT IN THE COVENTRY WOODS SUB-
DIVISION IN THE CITY OF DUBLIN, OHIO
WHEREAS, Multicon Builders, Inc. has requested approval from the Council
of the City of Dublin, Ohio for a change in the names of a street and a
court in the Coventry Woods Subdivision in the City of Dublin, Ohio.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 6 of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the names of Newgate Place and Newgate Court in the
Coventry Woods Subdivision are changed to Rosegate Place and Rosegate
Court.
Section 2. That the City Engineer be, and hereby is, directed to have
the plat corrected to conform to this change.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the earliest period allowed by law.
Passed this 3rd day of January , 1989 .
