That the following described real estate (see attached legal description marked Exhibit "A"), situated in the City of Dublin, State of Ohio, is hereby rezoned to SO, SUBURBAN OFFICE AND INSTITUTIONAL DISTRICT and shall be subject to regulations and procedures contained in Ordinance No. 21-70 (Chapter Eleven of the Codified Ordinances) the City of Dublin Zoning Code and amendments thereto. Section 2.
