AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST BID FOR
I 1982 STREET IMPROVEMENTS, AUTHORIZING AND DI-
RECTING THE MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT: AND DECLARING AN EMER-
GENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for 1982
Street Imrpovements and:
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of RITZ PAVING COMPANY
for said 1982 Street Improvements in the amount of $ 170,691.00
is the lowest/best bid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of RITZ PAVING COMPANY for 1982 Street
Improvements in accordance with specifications on file in the office of the
Manager be, and hereby is, accepted.
I SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and the Finance Director be, and they
hereby are authorized and directed to execute a contract with the said
RITZ PAVING COMPANY for 1982 Street Improvements.
SECTI ON 3. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure for the
public peace,. health and safety and for the further reason that said improve-
ments are currently needed and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force immediately upon its passage.
