AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST BID FOR A
DRY, PLAIN PAPER COPIER AND AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER
III AND FINANCE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the required advertising, bids have been received for the
purchase of a Dry, Plain Paper Copier, and
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of GORDON FLESCH COMPANY, Model
Canon NP 300F for said Dry, Plain Copier in the amount of
$ 5.395.00 is the lowest/best bid:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of GORDON FLESCH COMPANY
for the sale to the Village of Dublin, a Dry,
Plain Paper Copier in accordance with specifications on file in the offices of
the Village Manager be, and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and Finance Director be, and they hereby ar
authorized and directed to execute a contract with the aforesaid
-1- GORDON FLESCH COMPANY . for the sale to the Village of Dublin, of
- a Dry Plain Paper Copier.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
the earliest period allowed by law.
