AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST BID FOR
I A NEW PARKS AND RECREATION TRACTOR AND MOWER:
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, after required advertising, bids have been received for a new Tractor
and Mower for the Parks and Recreation Department, and;
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of f'ran Ie 1/ Y] 7racttJr S4/e s
in the amount of $ /0" 92'3 .00 is the lowest/bes
bid:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTI ON 1. That the bid of Frank.ljYJ Tf"Clctor~/esfor the sale of a new
Tractor and Mower in accordance with specifications presently on file in the
office of the Manager be, and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health
and safety and for the further reason that said equipment is presently needed
I and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
