AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN
COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION: AND DECLARING AN
I EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, "
of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons be, and they hereby are, appoint d
as members of the Dublin Community Improvement Corporation:
Willard Chambers
Thomas D'Alonzo
Catherin Headlee
James Lewis
Barbara Maurer
SECTION 2. That the above named persons shall serve as members of the Dublin
C.I.C. for the balance of the year 1982 and until their successors are appoin ed,
or:until their death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by the
Village Council.
III SECTION 3. The members of the Dublin C.I.C. shall serve without compensation.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure ne-
cessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for
the further reason that the terms of those appointed by Ordin~nce ~ 20 B~
will OXpiFO on April 20, 1962, therefore this Ordinance will take effect and
be in force immediately upon its passage.
