. A TWELVE (12) ACRE TRACT AT THE CORNER OF SAWMILL
AND BRIGHT ROAD.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, State
of Ohio, jr of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the following described real estate (See attached Plans marke
Exhibit ,~") situated in the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, is hereby re-
zoned to the "PLANNED LOW RESIDENTIAL" (P. L. R.) and SUBURBAN OFFICE (S.D.)
Zoning Districts and shall be subject to regulations and procedures contained
in Titles Five and Seven of the Village Codified Ordinances, and ammendments
thereto.
SECTION 2. The application, Exhibit "B" including the list of contiguous
property and the recommendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission, Exhibi
"C", are all incorporated into, and made an official part of this Ordinance
and said real estate shall be developed and used in accordance therewith.
