AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE APPEALS I BOARD AS DEFINED IN SECTION F-104.m OF THE BOCA ,.. . BASIC FIRE PREVENTION CODE AND VILLAGE ORDINANCE ;J_': NO: 16-82 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, an Appeals Board is required to hear and determine appeals from de- cisions or interpretations of the Fire Official made under provisions of the BOCA Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring: SECTION 1. The appointees herein named shall hold office at the pleasure of the Village Council and shall serve without compensation. SECTION 3. The Board shall adopt reasonable rules and regulations for con- ducting its hearings and such rules and regulations shall be made a public record. SECTION 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to an emergency measure necessa y for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the furth r reason that the BOCA Code was previously adopted without provisions for an Appeals Board and, therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage. /J1ar"-,h , 1982 .
