AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST BID FOR A
NEW 1982 BUMP TRUCK WITH DUMP BODY-LESS TRADE-IN,
1 AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for the
purchase of a new 1982 Dump Truck with Dump Body-Less Trade-In.
and:
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of ~ )71'~~~qf1
tlJt!.Y'''D/~ for said Dump Truck in the amount of $ ,;lQ,tl3' .SO
is the lowest/best bid:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, " of the elected members concurring:
. SECTION 1. That the bid of I3fJb me~/1n Cj"VltJkffor the sale to the
Village of a new 1982 Dump Truck in accor ance with specifications on file in
the office of the Manager be, and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and the Finance Director be, and they
hereby are authorized and directed to execute a contract with the said
~,;h l>>alJtJrdJ~tI ~he IIrDld for the sale to the Village of a new 1982
I ump Truck.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure for the
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the further reason
that a 1975 Truck needs to be replaced as soon as possible and, therefore this
Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
