AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LoWEsT/BEST BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER BOOSTER STATION, AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A CON- TRACT: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for con- struction of a Water Booster Station and; WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of ~fI14n 'rt;jt1tr$ for said i/ll>rovements in the amount of $ 2..'10" ~ is e lowest best bid: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Couneil of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, 4 of the elected members concurring: SECTION 1. That the bid of -.lde"i;IJlfllJftlBsr()-fh~r$ for construction of a Water Booster Station in accor ance wi h specifications on file in the office of the Manager be, and hereby is, accepted. SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and the Finance Director be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a contract with the said ~rmll n 8r~+I1~'6 for the construction of a Water Booster Station. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure for the I preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the further reason that, per an agreement approved by Council on July 6, 1981, said Booster Station is to be cO/ll>leted by the 30th day of September 1982 and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
