WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for constru - tion of said 16" Waterline and; WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid for said improvements in the amount of $ best bid: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State Ohio, (, of the elected members concurring: SECTION 1.
