AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST BIDS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A 16" WATERLINE ALONG POST ROAD AND
S.R. 161, AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR
111 TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for constru -
tion of said 16" Waterline and;
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid
for said improvements in the amount of $
best bid:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
Ohio, (, of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Ca." nfJ!/;( ~~u~l/tJ" ~ . for construction
of said 16" Waterline in accordance WIt specifications on file in the office
of the Manager be, and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and the Finance Director be, and they her -

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure for the
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the further reason
I that, per an agreement approved by Council on July 6, 1981 said Waterline is
to be completed by the 30th day of September 1982 and therefore this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
