- AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 60-81, 1982
ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Ohio Revised Code requires, when necessary, amendments to the
Annual APpropriations, and,
WHEREAS, amendments are required for Ordinance No. 60-81, the Annual Appropri-
ation Ordinance for fiscal 1982, for the purpose of constructing an elevated
water tank,
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, , of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 60-81, be and it hereby is, amended to read
as follows:
That there be appropriated from the following CAPITAL PROJECTS FUNDS:
Dl Construction Funds
I Proqram V - Basic Utility Services
Dl-5-A Water Tower Construction Fund
250 Capital Outlay $859,320.00
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace
health and safety and for the further reason that Annual Appropriations must
be amended prior to the close of the Fiscal year therefore this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
