AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST BID FOR A NEW
I THREE-QUARTER TON FOUR (4) WHEEL DRIVE PICKUP TRUCK
AND AUTHORIZE THE MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR TO E~-
CUTE A CONTRACT: DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, Pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for
the sale to the Village of Dublin for a new three-quarter ton, four (4)
wheel drive Pickup Truck and;
WHEREA~, Council ha~ determined that the ~i9 .of .~j.' .1ieor{Js:~'lJ'Bt'a" ~J,)S:':~ ~

is the lowest/best bid:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1.

Village of said new tru in ccordance with the specifications presently on
file in the office of the Manager be, and hereby is accepted.
I SECTION 2.

SECTION 3.
That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the
immediate prese~Yation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that this equipment is needed and may be delivered within the
next thirty (30) days therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force immediat.~y upon its passage.
