O. ~ Fol'II\ No, 2806-" Ordinance N 0 ._mQ~=~2______m_ Passed -------'___m_________mm_____m_____________19 __1__, __ ~', AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST BID FOR I THE CONSTRUCTION OF A ONE MILLION GALLON ELE- VATED WATER TANK: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, pursuant to proper advertising, bids have been received for the con- struction of a one million gallon Elevated Water Tank and; WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of Chicago Bridge & Iron Company for said Elevated Water Tank in the amount of $859,320.00 is the lowest/best bid: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, j1 of the elected members concurring: SECTION 1. That the bid of Chicago Bridge & Iron Company for construction of an Elevated Water Tank in accordance with the specifications presently on file in the office of the Village Manager be, and hereby is, accepted. SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and Finance Director be, and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute a contract in the name of the Village with said Chicago Bridge & Iron Company for the construction of an Elevated Water Tank in accordance with specifications and the bid of said Chicago Bridge & Iron Company. I SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace health and safety and for the further reason that per an Agreement approved by Council on July 6, 1981, said Water Tank is to be constructed by the 30th day of September 1982 and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage. {hAWAlt (f , 1982 II ATTEST: ~m~ Clerk of Cou il .
