AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE VARIOUS BOARDS
JIll AND COMMISSIONS OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,
of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That "Roger Berlin and Billie B. Miller
are hereby appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission, for a term of four (4)
years.
SECTION 2. That Ronald Geese and Mary Ann Rausch
are hereby appointed to the Board of Zoning Appeals for a term of three (3)
years.
SECTION 3. That Ruth Layman and Becky Saylor
are hereby appointed to the Parks and Recreation Commission for a term Of
three (3) years.
SECTION 4. That Charles Curran and ~am Rozanski
are hereby appointed to the Architectural Review Board for a term of three (3)
years.
SECTION 5. That C. E. Corn is hereby app~inted to the Per-
sonnel Board of Review for a term of three (3) years.
I SECTION 6. That Herb Jones is hereby appointed to the Ceme-
tery Commission for a term of three (3) years.
SECTION 7. That Kris Miller is hereby appointed to the
Forestry Commission for a term of one (1) year.
SECTION 8. That the above named persons shall serve as members in their re-
spective positions until their successors are appointed or until their death,
resignation, or removal for cause as determined by Village Council.
SECTION 9. That members herein appointed shall perform the functions and
duties as described in Article (7) of the Village Charter.
SECTION 10. The members herein appointed shall serve without compensation.
SECTION 11. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
. after the earliest period allowed by law.
