AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 46-81 BY ACCEPTING
THE SECOND LOWEST AND BEST BID FOR FENCING THE
t DUBLIN CEMETERY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids were received for cemetery
fencing; and
WHEREAS, the original low bidder, Abe Ziadeh Welding Co., has failed to com-
mense work on said fencing as specified in their bid of $7,625.00; and
WHEREAS, the second lowest and best bidder, Byers Fence Co., with a bid of
$8,208.00 is still willing to perform the work per their bid:
NOW, THEREFO~E, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance 46-81 is hereby amended by replacing all references
to the bid by Abe Ziadeh Welding Co. in the amount of $7,625.00 for fencing
the Dublin Cemetery with the second lowest and best bid submitted by Byers
Fence Co. in the amount of $8,208.00.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.
