AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE
GENERAL FUND TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION FUND: AND DE-
11III ClARING AN EMERGENCY.
-r WHEREAS, to meet the obligations of the Parks and Recreation Fund, it is neces-
sary to transfer funds from the General Fund to meet said obligations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 7 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to mak~
a transfer from the General Fund to the Parks and Recreation Fund in the sum
of $5000.00.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace
health and safety and for the further reason that said transfer is currently
needed to meet the obligations of the Parks and Recreation Fund, therefore
this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
