S' J". g I - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND SECTION 1121.03 TO PROVIDE A PROCEDURE FOR DETERMINING USES AND CORRESPONDING ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY I AUTHORIZED. WHEREAS, occasionally certain uses of property are not specifically enumerated in the various zoning classifications of I the Zoning Code but may be contained therein by implication, and WHEREAS, it is desirous of establishing an expeditious pro- cedure for determining whether such uses are included in otherwise enumerated categories of the Zoning Code, NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village, ~ members concurring: Section 1. That the Dublin Zoning Code and Section 1121.03(a thereof be and hereby is amended to add new sub section 1121.03(a) (4) to read as follows: I (4) Determination of Use.
