AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST
BID FOR EXTENSION OF THE SANITARY SEWER
I LINE FROM O.C.L.C., ACROSS POST ROAD TO THE
McKITRICK TRACT: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, a condition of the Easement accquired from John McKitrick for im-
provement of the 33-Frantz-Post Road intersection was the extension of the
Sanitary Sewerline and;
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for the
construction of said Sanitary Sewerline and Council has determined that the
bid of ~$Pl'Jitd ext!/Jl/tTtJ'flj for said improvement in the amount of

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the, Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, ~, of the elected members occuring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of~~aI~~v~ for said Sanitary Sewerline
improvement in accordance Wlt ecifications o~file in the office of the
Manager be, and hereby is accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and the Finance Director be, and they
hereby are authorized and directed to execute a contract on behalf of the
Village with said She L]erd &{}O vt/h/lj for said improvement.

SECTION 3. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure for the
I immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reason to complete the improvement prior to restrictive Winter Season
construction and therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
