AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST BID FOR CEMETERY
FENCING AND AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR
III TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for
cemetery fencing and;
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of A1~e;?'Gr~h ~/~~~o.
for said fencing in the amount of $ ~,,~ 5 is the lowest best id:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, ~of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of_ If/; (J Z/(ltkh lVe/d/t:I/li C." for
cemetery fencing in accordance with specifications on Ie in the office
of the Manager be, and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and the Finance Director be, and they
hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a contract on behalf of the

fencing. .,
SECTION 3. The Finance Director is hereby authorized to appropriate suf-
ficient funds from the Cemetery Fund to pay the costs of said fencing.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
