WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for the construction of the TRAILS END WATERLINE and: WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid O~~l1~ E~l"'4Y~flJJ3- for said improvement in the amoun of ,~~ is the owes best bid; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring: SECTION 1.
