AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST BID FOR THE TRAILS END
WATERLINE, AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR TO
I EXECUTE A CONTRACT: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for
the construction of the TRAILS END WATERLINE and:
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid O~~l1~

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:

for the Trails End Waterline in accordanc . ith specifications n file
in the office of the Manager, be and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and Finance Director be, and they
hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a cont~~ on behalf of
th~ V~llage with saidJD NOtl,,/q'ft!.. ont:! EK~_~ "~1f1 for
sa1d 1mprovement.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure
for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety
I and for the further reason that this project was petitioned by the resi-
dents who are in need of a safe potable water source, and therefore,
this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its
passage.
