AN ORDINANCE CORRECTING AN OVERSIGHT AND
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR IN THE PROPOSED CHARTER
AMENDMENT, ORDINANCE 34-81 AND DECLARING AN
- EMERGENCY,
WHEREAS, this Council duly enacted Ordinance 34-81 providing
for the submission to the electorate of the Village of a proposed
amendment to the Dublin Charter, and
WHEREAS, in the final typed version of said Ordinance
certain language was inadvertently omitted, and
WHEREAS, said language in no way related the text of the
proposed Charter change and was clearly intended to be included
in the final version of said Ordinance,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village
of Dublin, 7 members concurring, that:
Section 1. That Ordinance 34-8~ and Section 1 thereof, of
I the proposed Amendment, be corrected to include the following
language at the conclusion of the existing text thereof:
" , be submitted to a vote of the qualified electors of th
, ,
, Village at the General Election to be held on Tuesday,
,
I the :; 1..01 day of November, 1981, at the regular places of

voting in the Village."
Section 2. That in all other respects Ordinance 34-81
remain unchanged.
Section 3, That this Ordinance shall be deemed to be an
emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public health, safety and welfare and shall take effect
and be in force immediately upon its passage,
