I, AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST BID fOR GLICK ROAD
BRIDGE, AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for the
construction of a new GLICK ROAD BRIDGE and;
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of $/lrEs +- Ko "E~.r c;N.Jrl? Co,
for said improvement in the amount of $ S8 ~ 1'/.0 l> is the lowest/best bid;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio. ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of &t~~.JRrg;r'~ et'm<frlLt'f/l)Y} Co. for GLICK ROAD
BRIDGE in accordance with spec~ficati ns on file in the office of the Manager
be, and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and the Finance Director be, and they
hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a contract on behalf of the
Village with said Bntf?5~Rl'IjPrs eonsf,..~fi'lm ~. for said improvement.
I SECTION 3. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure for the
immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety and for the
further reason that the existing bridge is in a deteriorating and dangerous
condition. Therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
