\ AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST/BEST BID FOR SCIOTO
" PARK IMPROVEMENTS, AUTHORIZING THE MANAGER AND FINANCE
DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRAcT: AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to required advertising, bids have been received for
Scioto Park Improvements and;
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of S"frffJPsec ;?,n:n~e,
for said Improvements in the amount of $ .58.. 875,0 ,is he
lowest/best bid: '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, '7 of the elected members concurring:
. SECTION 1. That the bid of ,~...f r4uJSBr flnVJ~ IicJor Scioto Park
Improvements in accordance wi h specifications h file in the office
of the Manager be, and hereby is, accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Manager and the Finance Director be, and
they hereby are, authorized and directed to exec~e a contract on
behal f of the Village with the said (~f PdI1JSPr ,f/i,..,rno. . for Scioto
Park Improvements. ~
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure
for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety
I and for the further reason that these improvements are presently needed
and therefore this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immedi-
ately upon its passage.
