AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT A PERSON TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED
TERM OF MARY ANN KRATZER AS A MEMBER OF THE PARKS AND
, RECREATION COMMITTEE: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, Ms. Mary Ann Kratzer has submitted a resignation effective
April 30, 1981 and;
WHEREAS, Council is of the opinion that ('q I' /) / (;./1'/11 z..
is a suitable person to serve the balance of this unexpired term:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, "1 of the members elected thereto concurring:
SECTION 1. That t!d/'/JI b!-@fz- is hereby
appointed to serve this unexpired term commencing with the effective
date of this Ordinance and ending December 31, 1981.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure
I necessary for the public peace, health and safety and for the further
reason to have a full committee available. Therefore, this Ordinance
shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage.
