AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CENTRAL OHIO MAYORS'
AND MUNICIPAL OffICIALS' COUNCIL TO TRANSfER UNUSED
I MONIES fROM THE UNIfORM GAS RATE fUND TO THE GEN-
ERAL OPERATING fUND Of SAID COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin, Ohio pursuant to a request from the Central
Ohio May~and Municipal OfficialS' Council appropriated $30,00 to assist
in the legal expense of obtaining a uniform gas rate throughout franklin
County, Ohio; and
WHEREAS, there is presently a balance of monies in the uniform gas rate
legal fund and monies are no longer needed to pursue the original appro-
priation; and
WHEREAS, it would be most' difficult to adequately proportion the remaining
unused funds contributed by the various municipalities,
NOW THEREfORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio does hereby
authorize the Central Ohio Mayors'and Municipal Officials' Council to transfer
remaining monies from the thirty (30.00) dollar appropriation used for the
legal expenses in the uniform gas rate litigation to the general operating
fund of said Council.
I SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
the earliest period allowed by law.
